About Costa Realty

COSTA REALTY BIENES RAICES, S.A. DE C.V. began operations in December, 1996. Founded by it’s Associated Partners/Directors, each with extensive careers in direction and management of real estate developments, marketing, promotion and sales.  Their objective was and remains, to provide high quality services to the markets of Cancun, the Riviera Maya and the Mexican Caribbean, and recently Puerto Vallarta and Cabo San Lucas on Mexico’s pacific coast. For this reason Costa Realty has invested substantial amounts of funds and work effort aimed at positioning itself rapidly and definitely as the leader of the Real Estate markets in these regions.

Due to its capacity for sales production, Costa Realty has been selected as Master Broker by the largest and most serious developers in the area meeting, or as in most cases, exceeding the sales objectives.
Costa Realty has focused its efforts in marketing ´´exclusive turn-key projects´´ as master brokers, being involved in the search and purchase of the land and the design of the project working closely with the developer and his team. (see list below).

The Commercial Sales Division, handled personally by the Partners-Directors, reports high sales production since initiating operations, relying on the Directors´ portfolios of larger, well established Hotel, Golf and Real Estate Development Corporations from Mexico, U.S.A, Canada and Europe covering not just the Mexican Caribbean but all the country.

At the Corporate level Costa Realty offers many custom designed consulting services:

Through the unique and combined experience gathered by it’s Directors whose real estate work in the region dates back to 1979, Costa Realty has developed the best market data base for real estate in the area.

- Market preferences and trends
- Origin and range of the average investment
- Geographic location of client bases for different products

These are constantly monitored and reflected upon daily by our data base which is often consulted by agencies such as Bancomext, the international source of project funding par excellence in Mexico, and Fonatur, the Federal Agency in charge of Cancun since the cities inception.

Our Promotion and Publicity programs are closely monitored as well, providing the developer with a valuable decision-taking instrument, parallel to the marketing process, of any product at any given phase.

All our database, sales inventories and market studies, etc. are controlled by our own  ‘Adminet software program’ which we have developed over the years.

Costa Realty achieved its two original objectives very early on: To become the undisputed leader in the Real Estate market of Cancun and the Riviera Maya, and much more important, To Proudly Provide The Best Real Estate Services and Assistance To The Public and Investors in The Mexican Caribbean.

Costa Realty has recently launched its luxury division ‘’COSTA LUXURY PORTFOLIO’’ to cover the growing demand for high end properties in Mexicos Resort destinations.

This year (2012) Costa Realty is in the process to open offices in Mexico City, Monterrey, and Merida to participate in the growing markets in these areas.
